- Refresher on the legal framework and the company first-aider's role.
- Review of the SBAS reflex: Safety, Assessment, Alert 112, Care.
- CPR and defibrillator (AED), with updated guidelines.
- Bleeding control and tourniquet application.
- Hands-on workshops and debriefs on the year's incidents.
- Scenario practice calibrated to your workstations and real risks.
