Life-Saving Skills packs into three hours the essentials a bystander can do before help arrives: recognise the emergency, call 112, perform CPR and use a defibrillator. A hands-on half day, in a small group, to leave with reliable reflexes.

- Recognise cardiac arrest and call 112 effectively.
- Deliver quality CPR (rate, depth, changeover).
- Use an AED safely (adults and children).
- Recovery position.
- Relieve a choking person.

Citizens, schools, associations, mixed groups. Duration: 3 hours.

Practice-heavy: connected manikins, training AEDs, short scenarios, real-time feedback.
