Life-Saving Skills packs into three hours the essentials a bystander can do before help arrives: recognise the emergency, call 112, perform CPR and use a defibrillator. A hands-on half day, in a small group, to leave with reliable reflexes.

Programme

  • Recognise cardiac arrest and call 112 effectively.
  • Deliver quality CPR (rate, depth, changeover).
  • Use an AED safely (adults and children).
  • Recovery position.
  • Relieve a choking person.

Who it is for

Citizens, schools, associations, mixed groups. Duration: 3 hours.

Method

Practice-heavy: connected manikins, training AEDs, short scenarios, real-time feedback.

You will receive

In-company: objectives

  • CPR/AED aligned with the Belgian Workplace Well-Being Code and your internal procedures.
  • Scenarios adapted to your workstations and spaces (on-site AED).
  • Team roles, communication, task distribution.
