- Primary survey, scene safety and 112 alert.
- CPR/AED, recovery position, choking.
- Trauma and burns: practical responses and decision-making.
- Scenario-based assessment and feedback.

Citizens, schools, associations. Duration: 2 days.
Method
Progressive pathway: theory, guided practice, realistic scenarios, final assessment with individual feedback. Certificate awarded on passing the assessment.
