Which course should I start with?

To begin, the CPR & Recovery Position (3-4 h) covers calling 112, the recovery position, adult/child CPR, and AED use. First Aid Essentials (1 day) adds bleeding, burns, and hands-on practice. Paediatric First Aid focuses on infants and children. For a complete track, see the First Aid Certificate. For field or degraded environments: Damage Control.

Where are the courses held?

Corporate courses are delivered on-site, at your premises (Brussels and Walloon Brabant). We do not have a training venue of our own: coming to you is more practical and more effective for your teams. Public sessions for individuals take place in Brussels: the exact venue is shown on each date on the Dates page.

Do you work with EU institutions or NGOs?

Yes. We regularly train EU agency and NGO staff (European Quarter). Sessions available in English or French, tailored to your operational context and procedures.

Are your courses compliant with Belgian regulations?

Yes, our programmes comply with the Belgian Workplace Well-Being Code. Participants receive an official attendance certificate or First Aid certificate.

How much do your courses cost?

Individuals (incl. VAT): CPR & Recovery Position €45 · Paediatric First Aid €45 · First Aid Essentials (1 day) €75 · First Aid Certificate €125 · Damage Control €285 · First Aid Refresher €99.

Companies (excl. VAT): Workplace First Aid €2,350 · First-Aider Refresher €699 · other on-site courses on request (up to 12 participants). Travel included (Brussels & Walloon Brabant). Outside the area: extra charge.

Which languages are available?

Courses are offered in English, French and Dutch. Perfect for international or bilingual teams.

What equipment is used?

Professional CPR manikins (adult/child), training AEDs, bandages, tourniquets, and simulation gear. All equipment is provided during on-site sessions.

Do you organise public sessions?

Yes. See the Dates page: all upcoming public sessions are listed there, with online booking and payment.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Each participant receives an attendance certificate (or a First Aid certificate for complete courses). Supporting materials include SBAS/112 posters and checklists.

What are your cancellation terms?

Our conditions are detailed in the General Terms & Conditions and shared with every quotation.

How does invoicing work?

Invoices are issued in Belgium (excl. VAT for companies, NGOs, or institutions; VAT applied where required). Payment within 30 days EOM unless otherwise agreed.
